      - Cab facility - Few good projects - Learning opportunities

      Cons

      - WLB used to be okay, but senior managers are pushing us for extended hours, asking to work on weekends. - Peanut salary - Zero hike for the last 3 years - Bench days can be risky - Poor shift allowance - Promotion and appraisal cycles are a PATHETIC JOKE. Leave this ASAP
