No concerns for employees as they treat employees like tissue paper. I have approached HR as I missed enrollment for benefits in my 4 th year as for 3 years, benefits are auto enrolled and suddenly they changed policy and gave very short notice in december last week. Since I have company holidays, I could not able to enroll in time and they cancelled coverage for my family members and asked me to look outside insurance and told me it is not their concern. I got this response after sending countless mails and countless calls to HR, They did not even bothered to answer my call and address the issue. It is just one of the incident and they least bothered about employee welfare.
