Pros
There are opportunities at TechM. If you have a good influence at the top management this is the place to work and you will get an onsite opportunity even if you are a fresher. It is more Pune centric and all the good projects go to Pune. Other locations will get the leftovers.
Cons
There is no proper skilling. Ego problem with the Senior to Top management. Too much of politics and favoritism. Promotions lack proper performance review of the employees and just buttering our boss will automatically enable us to promotions. When there is a new opportunity available there is no proper planning or analysis or strategy to build the account and enhance. No proper recruitment of the resources from within or lateral. The people who cozy with the senior management will get onsite opportunities and need not be properly skilled even for that.
