Pros
1)Thorough & rigorous training 2) Decent compensation 3) Good transport facilities provided (buses at various times). 4) Good growth opportunities may be present, based on which project you work. 5) Good onsite opportunities.
Cons
1) If u join as an ITPian, your growth/satisfaction entirely depends on what project you are allocated (and since u dont have a choice in this, thus it depends on your luck). Some projects provide great growth & learning opportunities (like mine did), some others may frustrate you no end (like in case of some of my friends). 2) Shift / weekend working allowances are quite low. 3) Senior mgmt. rarely listens to employee suggestions.
