      Canteen,, Timing Some faculty Security guards are even better then some employees Nothing much grt

      Cons

      Worst company for freshers. DON'T join because during training they taught you only old clg subjects after completing training they don't allot project related to software nd shift you in Support profile. They ruined future of freshers They give you choice either go with support else left the company. Such a pathetic environment I have seen in the name of MNC. Pls stop playing with the future of freshers.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
