-getting onsite is relatively easier than other companies depending they have projects. -less strict in terms of working hours in a day, or availability at desks. -many fun activities, depends on the center you get. -you can bargain resonably good when you join
Cons
-no salary hikes. Very stingy in terms of salary. -even onsite package is as at a very base level. -even the benefits are very moderate. as if they are doing a favor by giving benefits. -expect you to work on many things out of your scope with no money. -getting a promotion does not equate to salary growth, this was a shock. they reward you for your hard work by promoting you with more work at hand and no growth in your bank account. -HR is just a virtual entity. -the SLA on grievances and appraisal is the worst. Employee satisfaction is the last thing on their menu.
