      Pros

      Clean infrastructure Training is gud and the trainers are really reliable and friendly.

      Cons

      *They recruit in large numbers only as a publicity stunt to show they r stable n have many projects running but the truth is they r in a lot of mess and try to fire as much employees as possible without getting their hands dirty. *Don't provide proper cab facilities at night. *HRs are very manipulative.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
