TechM in USA 1. TechM has very good clients in telecommunication domain 2. Good opportunity to learn cutting edge technologies. You will achieve very good experience in less time. 3. Good training plan for Freshers, though not aligned with current market needs 4. Thank you very much to TechM for giving me a chance to work on cutting edge technologies so early in my career

1. Salary is below average. I mean lowest in that locality. 2. Management sucks...No co-ordination between different Units, Teams. 3. HRs does not know anything......you have to beg to get things done. 4. Manager is there to take credit of your work in front of clients. 5. You should be best in politics to survive. 6. HR /Manager will tell you to resign on same day giving reason of cost cutting.
