Business Outlook
Pros
Open environment for all, since the merger is coming about, its an exciting place to work at. Good infrastructure. Processes in place for everything. Fantastic Learning and development team and infrastructure. High visibility.
Cons
Most of the processes are fractured. The necessary functions are sub standard and while there are processes, noone seems to follow them. The company follows the "establishment" model where bosses are landlords and employees are tenants. Way too much politics. Not conducive to growth at all. Plus the pay scales make it impossible to make ends meet. very big let down.
