the only reason to work with tech mahindra is because its an MNC and holds some value in the market.you might get an onsite opportunity in the organization which is the second and last best thing about being an organization.
Cons
after the british managemen,t they have ruined the meaning of the word management by making it ruled by indians.the pakage offered to a fresher is minimum as compared to other organization in the league.hikes are the lowest in the market. total dtrength is lowest. if given a chance i can write a book over all the cons of the organization.
