      Pros

      TechM is working in a single vertical which is Telecom and hence the expertise can be estimated. Good number of long term projects with top notch clients. Good training course compilation and good subject matter experts to impart knowledge. Good onsite opportunities in most of the projects.

      Cons

      No fixed time frame for promotion. Very modest(sometimes even unfair) in grading junior level employees in appraisal. Policies are not so good to provide financial, tax saving, etc benefits to employees.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
