      Pros

      Salary structure is good, better than most of other IT companies. Has got good projects which can help us growing technically and functionally

      Cons

      Same as all other Indian IT companies, more importance is given to superficial aspects. Favoritism is big here and if you want good promotion then you should be in good books of the boss irrespective of how you work

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
