      Pros

      1) I have received best training in tech mahindra as a fresher, 2) I do not have any kind of stress in the project, but this will not apply to every one it is completely based on your project and your manager. 3)They will encourage non core employees (ex; I am from civil engineering) still I have managed to get a development project, only skills are important.

      Cons

      1) For me there are no cons till date.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
