Pros

Good company campus and good transport service no much benefit's especially for the "BPO"'S but for the rest it's an good place to grow

The Rogers(BOT) team in TechMahindra Hinjewadi Phase 3,Block 2 East Wing 4th Floor, it was a living nightmare for me truely,it demonstrated 21st Century Slavery, I'd state my reasons In this review please go through Firstly I'd say the The Incentive Grids are two high even the KRAs are set beyond 130% productivity targets, which are acheivable only if you worked 8.5hours out of 9 compromising on your breaks, Secondly you'd loose money if you exceed your breaks even by 2-3 minutes But won't get a penny for not taking all the breakes. don't expect anything from the management,cause they won't give you or support you anyway. Team leaders are not co-operative The management would do nothing despite complaining servral times, When the work loads would be high, the team lead won't let you take your biological breaks, not all, just one, was like that, and me lucky enough to not fall in that team, The work environment wasn't friendly You weren't allowed to talk to colleagues while working, Neither you could take leaves on required emergencies. unplanned absentisn is NCNS no matter if you are sick, they'd always cut out your salary, Unfair treatment and partiality was in the blood of T.L Few prime people had the access to Team leads account to spy on employees,and shared passwords among other primes . Which was strictly in the Zero tollerance policy,but it all was happening and the manger was aware of it,still no action was taken, (Not sure if they are still there or they have moved out ) And yes the Incentive calculation was shady nothing was discussed with us, Never did the employees get to see the team performance report, but we were always told that we were lacking behind our targets, Despite everyone was hard working. Except few which are so called primes If ever anyone is hired at TechM, I'd Suggest not to go for the Rogers process, I always wanted to join TechMahindra I didn't intend to join in the Rogers team but rather in one of the development teams, but the way my first job experience turned out was awful enough for me, I am happy with my current job and I have 0 regrets about resigning from TechMahindra

Pros

Provides exposure to newer technologies to enhance your profile. But that's about it!

Cons

Project Management and Human Resources are total jokes at this firm. Both are absolutely non-committed to supporting the Associates at any level. Especially in situations where a fellow Team Associate/Lead egregiously violates the Terms and Conditions of rhe Signed Employment Offer Letter where they attempt to stake ownership over a Client Deliverable but legally they're not allowed to but Project Management will let it be blown under the rug without repercussions for Associates who are seen as more valuable than others but if you're impacted here as the victim then good luck trying to fight and get it reversed because: 1. You'll more than likely be released to the bench soon after; 2. No matter if you put your head down and engage your positive energies towards moving on in a positive direction, eventually you'll be victimized here too as that same Project Management will be sure to hurt your chances for future project allocations eventually resulting in your HR Notice being served upon you and an eventual dismissal. 3. Even more unethical on their part is the lack of reality when you do come forward to file your grievance either with your Regional HR or Business HR, they will use the "Terms and Conditions" of the Employment Offer Letter against you even though you've been done wrong. They have no remorse here and in hindsight, regardless of when you file this grievance, they don't care! Their stance is their stance! POINT, BLANK AND PERIOD!
