      None. Tech M does not have a single con. Join this company ONLY IF you are not getting job anywhere else.

      Cons

      Tech M senior management sign deals on unpractical terms - both in terms of financials as well as delivery timelines. Senior Management and Sales folks gets all the accolades. Then the pressure gets passed to delivery from which scape goats are conveniently identified and laid off!!! Word "increment" is not there in Tech M's dictionary.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
