      Pros

      Good training facility is here but again depends on trainer. Work culture depends on your team. I have seen both political and non-political teams. Some team has really good technical knowledge. But not all the projects are maintaining process properly.

      Cons

      I felt each circle behaves as mini company. So, its difficult to get circle transfer even if your skill matched projects are not there in that circle. Managers have lots of power. Hikes depends on your project ratings and market condition. Merely you shall get 10-12% in average for top rating. Appraisal Normalization is there.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
