Pros
Exposure to new technologies fairly quicker. Lot of training available. Lot of verticals available. Clientele is nice and spread across geographies.
Cons
Salary revision and promotions are not regular and on time. Company believes in M&A more than its employers. Parallels hiring is more important than empowering existing and current employees. Business units doesn't facilitate easy transfers, they deduct point for switching in appraisals
