      Pros

      worst company ever. they shared JD with core java,spring boot and microservices. its very common to have core java in each JD so that i joined but later they dont have any spring boot project. forced me to work on core java project which is outdated. any experience person how work on outdated technologies. i spoke with lead but they told me that you are hired as java developer work on any tech. stupid i left company in 5 days.

      if you want to join read JD carefully. HRs are dumb, they dont know tech stacks. they just want to join candidates so says you yes on your any queries before joining after that no HR call you

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
