      Good onsite oppurtuinity, provided you are at right place Lot of freedom for you to do the work, the way you like it 8 working hrs

      Cons

      No compensation or benefit, just trash that part. Annual appraisal takes a way long time, and even after that you find, you work for peanuts. You will either sit idle even for an year, or will work like hell for round the clock. Luck dependent company, if you have hard luck, take a side from this firm. Food is not good. Poor management of resources. A lot of projects end in being in pipeline, waisting resources time, who are allocated to that project.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
