Pros
Remote work and pay rates were good
Cons
HR staff are unreachable, when you quit they take long to pay the settlement and once they pay it is incomplete, the recruiters are kind of rude and give wrong information about the vacant. Some Account Managers are rude and express terrible about their agents, all the training staff are deficient. Also, when they lend you the work equipment they make you sign a promissory note, discounting 30 k mxn if something happens to the equipment, which in Mexico is illegal. I must add that they tend to change shift schedules without any prior notice and they expect the agents to just accept it.
