      these cons are 'specifically' ahmedabad office of TechM - there is only name of TechM but actually it is a acquired company that is lodestone which is a testing company - so its acquired company all the empolyees are from lodestone at higher level - it is a school with strict timing and teachers and monitor at office - you can't learn anything there - No MNC or tech mahindra culture at that location even the office is too small as per MNC standard - you need to fight for one day leave also - No support form HR - they prefer local people over outsiders - No flexibility of work No remote or hybrid option at that location

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
