Pros
- depending on your contract, as long as you are doing your job you dont have to worry about losing it - show up on time is the bare minimum - paycheck every two weeks - roughly over 2 weeks of PTO can be earned during the year - health, dental, vison is avalable if you want it
Cons
- room for growth is slim to none for US agents - pay raises are small if any - any change of upper brass will cancel your yearly raise - management will tell you lies about getting you an early pay raise and make up every excuse as to why its delayed - bonuses (if any) will be late or not happen
