Pros
Allows Hybrid work. But will then use that as an excuse to NOT give you highest rating/performance band.
Cons
Rubbish and poor- quality management. Converts high quality productive employees into mediocre employees. Will hire you to get the most difficult tasks done which have been pending with them since months and after that will force you to provide KT to the offshore team (freshers and low quality graduates hired at low costs), conspire against you by searching for lower cost resources and will release you with a 2 week notice period
