      Pros

      Typical MNC environment. Chances to learn are high and of own interest. Good environment but the most important among all is getting into a good project. A good project ensures you enjoy your life there.

      Cons

      Getting into a good project that can help you improve your knowledge is very important. The value to associates is very low and joining as a fresher... The value in terms of compensation being lower than the country average is such a let down.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
