Cons
A perfect company does not exist. But maybe internal outdated legacy processes that are used today at Telefonica, mostly handicap employee's productivity. Consider that your daily responsibilities will carry a burden of approximately 50% load, and this is due to legacy processes to do simple tasks. This is purely administrative load due to outdated internal systems.
