      Good Salary and benefits, they could do better but.......

      Poor Training and management TWS very poor service and competitive offering to clients Most of the products are wholesale and resale from other carriers and providers. Poor visibility of the company and the brand in US. well know in LAT and EUR, No strategy for the US market.
