      Pros

      Great company that gives their employees significant benefits, both in work-life balance and compensation (profit sharing, bonuses, pay raises, etc.).

      Cons

      A nine-month training program is a bit much for recent grads. Personally, I was ready to hit the ground running on day one and nine months of training was a bit extensive.

      very flexible with rotational program. They really care about each employee.

      Not very remote friendly. Some times can feel like a cog in the machine.

      Poor mentorship from management, lack of clear instructions, advocating for self can be seen as not aligning with expectations
