Pros

The people you work with are very helpful. This is not a bad company to work for.

Cons

The job that I did was not very exciting. I wrote automation programs for the tools in the FAB. I was able to fully automate a brand new tool for the FAB in less than 3 months. It wasn't terribly difficult to do despite being told that it was too difficult for an intern to be able to finish in 3 months.

Poor mentorship from management, lack of clear instructions, advocating for self can be seen as not aligning with expectations
