      - wonderful people - bosses advocate for your voice to be heard - try to make sure younger staff touch design projects

      - design isn’t at the forefront, even though they really try - construction seems to be what they most care about

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
