      Get to work on interesting and challenging projects with an industry leader in design and construction. Managers care about developing employees and want to see them succeed. There is opportunity for training and advancement.

      Cons

      Commercial construction can be a hectic and stressful business and some days are long, but Beck values work/life balance.

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
