      Pros

      Most of the people are great. Great perks and benefits and a beautiful office to work in with great location. Some large profile projects.

      Cons

      Too top heavy and confusion in management which means people lower down are doing all the work and are not compensated for it. Real disconnect between upper management and everyone else. Seems like they hire for specific jobs and not necessarily for long term growth.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
