      Pros

      Work Life Balance is generally good depending on your project and team. Austin Region has plenty of work to keep you working.

      Cons

      No accountability for PMs and Supers to perform. Inability to effectively manage large projects. Lack of Mentoring/training from Senior team members. Bonus/Raises are small. They don't get rid of low performers.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
