      Pros

      Great work environment and perks.

      Cons

      Architecture and construction seem to butt heads, blame for disconnect falls downhill (on me). Very political; "good ol' boy" system works well here if you want to get ahead. Also, don't believe everything they tell you when they promise you a bonus to lure you in.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
