      The culture is amazing. The people that work there really care about making the company better as well as making their co-workers better. Work-life balance is pretty good.

      Incredible place to work. Coming to work is a pleasure. Wonderful, attentive leadership.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
