      Pros

      the office space is great...very open. Everyone has the same type of cube including the CEO and CFO. The compensation is very reasonable and the HR department really tries to foster employee communication and good morale.

      Cons

      The company is involved in large scale architectural and construction projects. Sometimes it felt like the systems (accounting) were inadequate to handle the scope.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
