      Competitive entry level pay, Experience with PM Team and subcontractors, Plethora of training available, Good benefits

      Cons

      The culture in this company can be very cliquish and not inclusive many of the times. Company needs more diversity for sure, needs more focus on diversity conversations, programs and trainings which are consistent. Direct communication can be a lot better as well between executive teams and PM teams

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
