      People, family-focused, leader in the industry when it comes to processes and technology

      Cons

      Can work 60-80 hours per week when the job gets busy, a few bad apple managers but most got weeded out via COVID layoffs

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
