Pros
Fast paced company with eye on growth, great place to get experience. Focused on Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) in Architecture. Lots of rolls to play from designer, project architect, to construction administration. IPD means they have contractors in house and work together to deliver a turn-key project. The main office is in Dallas and they pay for new employees to spend a day there for orientation called Getting Beckified.
Cons
Like all architecture firms the fast pace of deadlines can wear out your enthusiasm. Most of the employee's are young so they seem to tolerant it well. Beck also encourages getting involved in professional activities outside the office, almost over encouraged.
