      Culture is a huge component of this company, based on merit and doing what's right from treatment to subcontractors through clients. Beck values their employees. They have many programs to help develop individuals throughout their career, and will work with their employees to address concerns that they have.

      Cons

      Work hours can be long at times, but that's just part of the industry.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
