      Great to work with interdisciplinary teams to design and build projects.

      Cons

      Management plays favoritism...if you aren't one of their "guys", then you have little ability to ascend in the company. Profit is the name of the game; therefore, client services and design suffers.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
