      They try to keep conversations between employees and directors and they hace a behaviour contract

      Cons

      They won't pay you extra hours, some managers are very "either your with me or against me" and they have zero organization in the design team

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
