      I learned so much my first few years and was lucky enough to have mentors I will never forget. I could not have picked a better company to start my construction career at.

      You had to put in X amount of years to be promoted.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
