      Design build is fun. Energy is fresh. People are great

      Cons

      Lack of resource management and staffing leads to boom/busy cycles. You're on construction time. Corporate is changing things.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
