      Great mission, friendly people, compensation seemed good for a non profit

      Cons

      Not stable and trying to stay afloat. They don’t prioritize improvement and instead focus on the union.

      Pros

      The best management and team I ever worked with doing work I appreciated with a focus on a vulnerable population.

      Cons

      Due to their focus being on LGBTQ youth, they are unfortunately at the mercy of trends in both politics and in philanthropy. Several rounds of layoffs happened as fewer people have maintained their conviction to protect queer youth.
