      -Work culture is really informal and fun -Lots of knowledge sharing sessions. Converts you into an information hungry person, be it current affairs in technology, politics sports, everything. -Flat hierarchy. No strict bosses. Anyone can approach anyone -Lots of team outings and fun activities

      Cons

      Experience is a big factor in the amount of travel you do. Pay is average for entry level jobs
