Pros
Pretty flat structure, but that is a pro & con, you have the opportunity to work globally, and you are surrounded by really clever people
Cons
Flat structure, newer people keep getting told 'that isn't the TW way' but you are never told the TW way until you have stepped into the bear trap, technologists are treated like gods, so projects can feel unbalanced - all people's inputs aren't equal, hard to figure out the politics of it all, took me about 1 year, hard to see the path to progress to a senior level
