      Pros

      It is still one of the safest work environments you'll find in the consulting business, but that is quickly deteriorating. Payment is not the worst, but given we have some of the top profiles in the industry, most of us can make a lot more elsewhere. We basically stay for the culture.

      Cons

      The safe environment we once celebrated just isn't there anymore. People are being actively called out by leaderships for questioning some of the more sensitive topics like mass layoffs and the frozen salaries.
