Pros

People are generally nice to work with

Cons

- No leadership on the ground. - Although the company preaches technological excellence, it only really cares about revenue. - Picks up any project with no strategy in mind for the medium to long term. - Despite leadership saying that they will listen, months can go by without any evident progress. - Salary increments are low.
