Pros
Most people in professional services roles "on the ground" delivering to clients are great. Most client facing leaders care about the people and delivering to the client. So when working on a client project things are mostly pretty good. Learning is encouraged
Cons
New senior leadership is taking what used to be a great company and grinding it down. Legacy leaders that took the company down over the past few years are not held accountable for the sad state it has come to, and continue the path of mismanagement. It is almost like they dont know how to run a services organization. Leaders promoted from within are in way over their heads. Decisions are always by committees and usual are just not made. Common sense does not prevail. No raises, minimal promotions. Many years ago communications were open and honest, now they are mostly corporate speak and mostly untruths. It seems like the goal currently is to drive to metrics in order to sell the company and not about making this company great again.
