Pros

A lot of effort is made to keep the code base clear and easy to maintain. - Interesting product. The technology that we're developing is pretty cool and it has been exciting to watch it evolve. - Growth. The company has a solid list of customers and is continuing to gain more and more momentum everyday. - Supportive work environment. The company is supportive of the needs and personal growth of their employees and makes an effort to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. There is a system of communication in place so you can relay any troubles your having to someone higher up.
Cons
It's difficult to think of cons. Anything I can think of is a very minor complaint. - The onboarding process can be slightly improved, but in general is fine due to everyone being willing to help and answer any questions.
